On Monday and Friday we did the charts for Bench and Squats.
Squats were based on the 62% chart and reps reduced to 6-4-2-1-1-1
Deadlift was on Wednesday using the 62% chart an 6-4-2-1-1-1 with an
Bench Press in particular was based on a 6 week cycle.
Maxouts on the other lifts came around the 6th week also.
None of this is cut and dry- I made changes as the need arose (vacations-sickness etc)
The ABC chart which is the backbone of the program, followed the max out of the 62% chart.
