1971 Snowstorm

As reiterated by Jim Kucipeck

Charlie here are some digitized 35 mm slides that I took in the March of 1971 when we received 31 inches of snow overnight.  I managed to get up to BT with my Scout, Edgar Fletcher pulled me up with the Cat from the golf course.  The mt. didn’t open that day, too much snow.  Later more help arrived to shovel out the lifts.  I didn’t list the names of everyone but you can pick out Billy Mozdzier, he an I were the paid patrolman at the time.  Please use these pictures as you will they are part of the BT history.   Incidentally, the picture of the T-Bar line is interesting as Billy and I shoveled all 1800 ft. of it just to get to operate it.
