Potatoe Chip Cookies

1 C. shortening                                               2 C. flour
1 C. brown sugar                                            1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. white sugar                                             2 C. crushed potato chips
2 beaten eggs                                               1-6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. vanilla                        

Preheat oven 375*. Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and crushed potato chips. Add butterscotch chips. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375* 10 minutes
